Nutrition 101 Series: Session 1

The Nutrition 101 Series: Session 1 Workshop will be held Jan. 22, 1:30 to 3 p.m., El Zocalo Event Center, 264 Camino del Pueblo.

Choosing your food using the food groups only gives you half the picture, truly knowing the nutrients found in various foods helps provide a more well-rounded meal plan. Online registration available!

4-H | Contest Workshop

The 4-H | Contest Workshop will be held Jan. 31, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Edith Murray Community Center 768 NM Hwy 4.

District and State Competitions will be explained and members will be asked to complete a sample contest for 4 of the 12 contests available. This session will cover the Skill-a-thon and identification type contests. Online registration available!

Garden to Table to Pantry

The Garden to Table to Pantry - Grapes will be held Tuesdays, Feb. 10 - 24, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Edith Murray Community Center, 389 Highway 4.

Join us as we learn to grow, prepare, and preserve grapes! Free plants, food samples, and delicious recipes provided! Worshop is free and open to the public. Space is limited.
