The NMRC (NM Reforestation Center) Groundbreaking will be held Apr. 27, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Mora Agricultural Experiment Station, 547 NM-518.
The official groundbreaking and major milestone in NMRC's mission, as its first nursery facility, to produce five million climate-adapted native seedlings annually by 2030, supporting forest restoration and watershed resilience across NM.
Collaborators: NMSU, NM Highlands, UNM, and the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department Forestry Division.

The AgriFuture Conference will be held June 15 - 17 at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Arts Center, 2401 12th Street NW.
Conference aims to connect, inform, and inspire the next generation of farmers, ranchers, and others in agriculture. There will be agricultural off-campus tours for experiential learning, educational speakers, industry networking sessions, and speed-networking rounds designed to connect you to industry professionals. The Get Fit Trainings will be held Aug. 25 - 27, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Guadalupe County Extension Office 244 South 4th Street, Suite 110.
In order for agents to offer the Extension Get Fit Program in their county, they must first complete the free fundamental exercise training. Once complete, agents will be eligible to participate in the Extension Get Fit yoga training, offered the next day. Online registration available!
