The Fruit Growers Workshop will be held Mar. 6, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Los Luceros, 253 County Road 41.
Workshop will include presentations on fruit tree diseases in NM; an introduction to viticulture and table grapes; orchard insect management; and young orchard management. Fee is $20. Lunch will be provided. 2 CEUs available.
The PSEP (Pesticide Safety Education Program) Training - San Juan will be held Apr. 16, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., San Juan County Extension Office, 400 South Gossett Drive.
Training covers a broad range of human safety and environmental issues for a statewide target audience. Online registration available! Fee is $50 by Apr. 13, otherwise $75; payable with credit card or check. 5 CEUs available.
The NMIL (New Mexico Indian Livestock) Conference will be held May 21 - 22, McGee Park, 41 Road 5568.
A grassroots program driven by clientele needs and interest in support of the many challenges of raising livestock. Online registration available!
