The Youth Dairy Workshop will be held July 31, 1:30 to 3 p.m., James H. Baxter Civic Center 313 East 4th Street.
Online registration available! A free workshop that highlights farm to table with dairy products. Participants will be making their own butter. Deadline: July 29 at 5 p.m.
The Hidalgo County Fair will be held Aug. 20 - 23.
