The Diabetes Prevention Program will be held Wednesdays, June 25 - Sep. 17, 11:30 a.m., online via Zoom.
The program will help decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes by leading a healthy lifestyle. It is free and open to NMSU employees; participants must be 18 years of age or older. Insurance not required. Class is designed for people with prediabetes or those who have not been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
The Pre-Diabetes GLP-1 Classes will be held Wednesdays, June 25 - Feb. 25, 9 to 10 a.m.
