The program will help decrease the risk of type 2 diabetes by leading a healthy lifestyle. It is free and open to NMSU employees; participants must be 18 years of age or older. Insurance not required. Class is designed for people with prediabetes or those who have not been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

The Pre-Diabetes GLP-1 Classes will be held Wednesdays, May 7 - Feb. 25, 9 to 10 a.m.

The yearlong lifestyle-change program will help you decrease your risk for type 2 diabetes and maintain weight loss. Class is designed for people with prediabetes or those who have not been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
The Kitchen Creations for the Eddy CES will be held Mondays/Thursdays, May 12 - 22, 4 - 6:30 p.m., Eddy CES, 1304 West Stevens Street.
