Poster Boards are available to rent for all occasions and sites on the main NMSU Campus.
Online ordering available! Rental fee is $25 per board and includes delivery, setup, and removal.
The 4-H | Horse Bowl will be held Jan. 26 - 30, 6 and 9 p.m. MST, online via Zoom.
Tournament provides an opportunity for 4-H youth to demonstrate their knowledge of equine-related subject matter in a competitive setting where attitudes of friendliness and fairness prevail. Online registration available! Fee is $10 per participant, payable with credit card only. Deadline: Jan. 15 at 7 p.m.
The NM Chile Conference will be held Feb. 2 - 3, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Farm And Ranch Heritage Museum, 4100 Dripping Springs Road.
Join us as we share the most recent research and innovations in the NM chile industry along with other professionals, researchers, and growers. Online registration available! Fees are $175 for individuals; $500 for booth space; and $500 minimum for sponsors; payable with a credit card or check.
The Cooking for Your Health series will be held Tuesdays, Feb. 3 - Mar. 10, 4 p.m., St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 7050 McNutt Road.
Free program for communities in Southern NM that is designed to better understand diet quality and knowledge related to nutrition and chronic disease and cancer prevention. Requirements: Participants must be 18 years or older; able to read and write in Spanish; have access to a phone and internet; able to attend all six classes; and do not have a current diabetes diagnosis. The Community Seed Swap will be held Feb. 7, 10 a.m. to Noon, Zuhl Library, First Floor, 2911 McFie Circle.
To bring gardening enthusiasts, beginners, community members of all ages together to share seeds, information, and resources.
Community and student groups such as the Tierra Sagrada Seed Library (at the public library) and the Doña Ana County Master Gardeners will be available to share information.
The Therapeutic Support Group for Cancer Patient Caregivers will be held weekly, Feb. - Apr., 5 to 6:30 p.m., In-Person at the Family Resource Center, 4145 Sam Steel Way, 200 Cervantes C-100. Or online via Zoom.
Caring for a loved one with cancer can be emotionally and physically overwhelming - and you don’t have to do it alone. Offered to adult caregivers, a confidential space to connect, reflect, and learn coping strategies to support their own wellbeing.

This is not a drop-in support group. A brief intake/screening is required prior to joining and space is limited. Facilitated by a Marriage and Family Therapy intern and supervised by a licensed practitioner.
The Specialty Crop & Pesticide Applicator Workshops will be held Mar. 16, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., NM Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum, 4100 Dripping Springs Road.
